Latest Update: TVS Zeppelin R is one of the most anticipated launches from TVS, the Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, this year. The upcoming TVS Zeppelin will be a budget-friendly cruiser motorcycle, attracting low-budget cruiser bike customers nationwide. Despite being an entry-level option, the model will have a low-slung design and wider seat to compete strongly with the Jawa 42, Yezdi Roadster S, and Royal Enfield Meteor.
Engine
TVS Zeppelin R is anticipated to be powered by a 220cc single-cylinder engine capable of producing 18 bhp of power output and 18.5 Nm of torque. The rumors hint the upcoming TVS cruiser motorcycle would support mild-hybrid technology, making it the first motorcycle in the segment to feature such future-proof technology. Additionally, it will pack a single mono-shock suspension setup in the rear for utmost quality riding comfort.
Additional Information
Additionally, the concept version showcased a few years ago had 41mm USD fork suspension in front with petal disc brakes on both ends. The concept version featured wire-spoked rims, but the final production-ready version may roll out with alloy wheels.
TVS Zeppelin R motorcycle is expected to be launched in India in November 2025. However, these are just expected details; we will have to wait for the official release of the launch of Zeppelin R.
Expected Price & Rivals
Considering the engine setup and mild-hybrid technology, the TVS Zeppelin R can be priced between Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 1.75 lakh, ex-showroom. After making its official debut in India, the model will compete with Jawa 42, Yezdi Roadster S, Royal Enfield Meteor, Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise, and Keeway K-Light 250V.
