July is just around the corner and we are excited about the upcoming launches that are going to happen this month. Here’s a list of the top 6 cars and bikes to be launched or unveiled in the Indian market in the month of July 2022.

TOYOTA HYRYDER – JULY 1

The eagerly anticipated Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV will debut internationally in India on July 1, 2022. The Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and MG Astor are just a few of the vehicles the new model will compete with. Suzuki and Toyota worked together to design the new model. The new Hyryder will start being produced in August at Toyota's Bidadi plant in Karnataka.

Two engine choices will be available for the new model: 1.5-liter K15C petrol with moderate hybrid technology rated at 103 PS and 1.5-liter petrol with strong hybrid technology rated at 116 PS. There will be three different transmission options: an e-CVT, a 6-speed torque converter, and a 6-speed manual (Strong Hybrid Only). AWD (All-Wheel Drive) will also be available in the mild-hybrid model.

TVS RONIN CRUISER – JULY 6

On July 6, 2022, TVS Motor Company will introduce a new cruiser motorcycle. The new model, which is rumored to be dubbed the TVS Ronin 225, will have the typical cruiser style from the past. It will have a retro-styled round headlamp unit and a round console with the required readouts, including an odometer, a speedometer, a fuel gauge, an engine temperature gauge, and others. A 223cc, single-cylinder engine producing 20bhp and 20Nm of torque is said to power it. A 5-speed gearbox will be mated to the engine. It might get monoshock units at the back and USD front forks up front. The Ronin 225 has a single disc at each end and a dual-channel ABS system for braking.

NEW AUDI A8L – JULY 12

On July 12, 2022, the cost of the new Audi A8L luxury automobile will be made public. Official reservations have started at a low price of Rs. 10 lakh. It will compete with models like the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series. The same 3.0L TFSI petrol engine, which generates 340bhp, is probably going to power it. The gasoline engine will also be available with a 461bhp mild hybrid option. It will be coupled with Audi's Quattro AWD (all-wheel drive) system and an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission.

NEW HYUNDAI TUCSON – JULY 13

On July 13, 2022, Hyundai will make the long-wheelbase variant of its upcoming Tucson SUV official in the nation. Compared to the European model, the LWB Tucson is said to have a larger boot and second row of seating due to its 2,756mm lengthier wheelbase. The SUV embodies the company's fresh "Sensuous Sportiness" design aesthetic. It has a front grille with a parametric design that is completely integrated with the DRLs, four taillights that are connected by a full-width LED bar, a new bumper with a diamond pattern, and a faux skid plate.

The dual-screen infotainment system for the SUV will have a 10.3-inch display for climate control and other features. The infotainment system supports Bluetooth communication for two devices, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The SUV comes equipped with Hyundai's BlueLink connected car technology, an electronic instrument panel, a panoramic sunroof, automatic air conditioning, cruise control, and ADAS features. Two engine choices will be available for the SUV: a 150 horsepower, 2.0 L petrol engine and a 182 bhp, 2.0 L turbo diesel engine. The diesel engine will be mated with 8-speed automatic transmission, while the first will have a 6-speed automatic torque converter automatic.

BMW G310 RR – JULY 15

On July 15, 2022, BMW Motorrad India will introduce the fully-faired BMW G310 RR motorcycle. To keep things interesting on the market, BMW engineers made some alterations to what is essentially a TVS Apache RR310 with a new paint job. Pre-orders for the new motorcycle can be made online or at authorised BMW Motorrad dealerships. Following launch, the new motorcycle will be delivered based on first-come, first-served orders. A 312.2cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 27.3Nm of maximum torque at 7,700 rpm and 33bhp of maximum power at 9,700 rpm powers the motorbike.

CITROEN C3 – JULY 20

Citroen C3, the much-awaited car from the company Citroen will formally go on sale in the country on July 20, 2022. Beginning on July 1, 2022, official reservations for the new SUV will be accepted. Two petrol engine options—a 1.2-liter customarily aspirated and 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol—will be available for the entry-level automobile. The latter can generate 110PS and 190Nm of torque, but the former can only produce 82PS. Both a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed manual transmission are available.

The new Citroen C3 has a length of 3.98 meters, a wheelbase of 2,540 millimeters, and a 315-liter boot. It is built on the CMP (Common Modular Platform), which has undergone extensive localization and will support future Citroen vehicles in India. The hatchback's feature list includes manual air conditioning, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB fast chargers, and other goodies. The new C3 will be available from the company in 4 monochromatic and 2 dual-tone color variants.
