The KTM 390 Adventure S is one of the newest models in KTM's Adventure lineup. The all-new Adventure S will be completely different from existing models. The motorcycle is expected to have major design upgrades, making it look as premium and stylish as the bigger 790 and 890 siblings. The upcoming 390 Adventure S will have a tall windscreen and slim dimensions, making it better for various riding requirements.
With the balance of on-road capability, the KTM 390 Adventure S will also get improved off-road capabilities. It may feature a dual-projector headlamp with LED daytime running lights (DRLs), a new beak-style front mudguard, and a sharply styled front cowl. KTM has been said to provide design and graphic elements inspired by Dakar rally bikes with more top-heavy bodywork. The 390 Adventure S has already been showcased in India with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels wrapped in Apollo Tramplr tires. The final launch is expected to feature the same configuration.
For the powertrain, it is anticipated that KTM can offer a 399cc LC4c single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, available in the new 390 Duke, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This 399cc engine produces 44 bhp at 8,500 RPM and 39 Nm of torque at 7,000 RPM.
The all-new 390 Adventure S is expected to feature several tech upgrades, including a 5-inch TFT digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. It will also feature cruise control, cornering traction control, cornering ABS, and three ride modes: Street, Rain, and Off-road.
