Ducati has introduced the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S in India, blending Italian racing heritage with cutting-edge technology. With updated aerodynamics, ergonomics, and a powerful 213 bhp engine, the superbike starts at ₹29.99 lakh.
The journey of ages since the first generation of the legendary Panigale welcomes a new era with its latest addition into the pack, bringing the history of Italian racing onto Indian shores with Ducati launching the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S. The pricing of the V4 starts from ₹29.99 lakhs, and the VS can be purchased at a starting price of ₹36.50 lakhs. The 2025 version of both the superbikes receives new updates on styling, ergonomics, electronics, and the engine.
When talking about the superbike’s new style, the Panigale V4 receives a new fairing, which decreases the aerodynamic resistance by 4%. The Panigale’s design is inspired by Ducati 916, as one of the notable elements includes the headlight cluster with double V-shaped DRLs. The Panigale V4 is also equipped with a single air intake, which is positioned centrally and hidden under the fairing while the rear is longer and wider.
The ergonomics of the Panigale V4 have been modified in the new version as well. The seat-tank assembly now offers better space, while the rear portion of the fuel tank is integrated with side covers, and the shape of the seat provides better support to the rider while cutting corners or braking. The footrests have been moved inwards by 10mm to increase the bike’s ground clearance.
The Panigale V4 is powered by the Desmosedici Stradale engine derived from the Ducati MotoGP and claims to be more powerful than the previous V4. The engine generates 213 bhp and a torque of 121 Nm. The cams feature a different profile and a higher lift value. The alternator and the oil pump are similar to the Panigale V4 R, and the gearbox is derived from the Superleggera V4. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, which includes a quick shifter.
The chassis of the Panigale V4 is modified for the 2025 version. A hollow symmetrical swing arm has been developed for the same. The front frame of the Panigale V4 is lighter on this version, & the V4 is the first motorcycle in the world to equip Brembo Hypure front brake callipers.
The Panigale V4 features the race eCBS system developed by Bosch in a collaboration with Ducati. The Panigale V4 also features a Showa Big Piston Fork with chrome-plated 43 mm diameter stanchions, which are fully adjustable with hydraulic compression and rebound damping and spring preload. The V4 also receives a Sachs steering damper. At the rear, the suspension is handled by a fully adjustable Sachs shock absorber. The V4 S, on the other hand, is equipped with an Öhlins NPX-30 pressurised fork, an Öhlins TTX36 rear shock absorber, and an Öhlins steering damper.
The 2025 Panigale V4 carries an electronic system that comprises Race eCBS, axis IMU, traction control, wheelie control, launch control, and Ducati slide control, along with five riding modes, namely, Race A, Race B, Sport, Road, and Wet. The V4 also features a new 6.9-inch dashboard & TFT panel, which are protected by glass-glued optical bonding technology.
To finish, deliveries of the Panigale V4 have already begun, and the first lot of the motorcycle has been completely sold out.
