Lectrix EV launched the LXS 2.0, an electric two-wheeler designed to cater to the needs of value-conscious consumers in India. The vehicle boasts a range of 98 kilometres, powered by a 2.3KW battery, making it a standout choice in its category. 

Furthermore, the company emphasised its commitment to quality, with each unit undergoing rigorous testing to ensure superior performance. The LXS 2.0 is priced competitively at INR 79,999, making it an affordable yet innovative option for environmentally-conscious commuters.

Market Impact and Consumer Response

The LXS 2.0 addresses three major concerns for consumers in the EV market: range, quality, and value for money. By offering a commendable range of 98 kilometres on a single charge, coupled with a robust 2.3KW battery, Lectrix EV has positioned the LXS 2.0 as a game-changer in the industry.

K Vijay Kumar, MD and CEO of SAR Electric Mobility, said, “ We understand the outlook of the value-conscious consumers in India. To further our contribution to the same and ensure a wider acceptance for E2W, we have launched this new product. It is the perfect balance of ‘value’ and ‘affordability’ without compromising on innovation and quality. It is the only available 2 wheeler electric vehicle in India with 98 km range at 2.3 KW battery for INR 79,999.”
