Mahindra Posts 32% Sales Growth in April 2025, Driven by SUV and Export Surge

Mahindra & Mahindra has kicked off with strong performance in the domestic and international automotive markets, leveraging India’s continued love for high-riding SUVs. As a brand that exclusively sells SUVs in the passenger vehicle space, Mahindra’s focused portfolio continues to deliver results.

In April 2025, the first month of the new financial year, Mahindra sold 52,330 SUVs in the domestic market, a substantial 28% increase compared to 41,008 units sold in April 2024. The jump of 11,322 units year over year underscores the rising demand for Mahindra’s offerings and the company’s ability to deliver value across various SUV segments.
