Introduction
The new-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB (Long Wheelbase) has been launched in India, priced at ₹78.5 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory) for the E200 variant. As Mercedes-Benz's best-selling model in India, the E-Class LWB brings luxury and comfort closer to the flagship S-Class.
It is locally assembled at Mercedes-Benz's Chakan facility, Maharashtra.
Variants and Colors
The E-Class LWB is available in three variants:
- E200 priced at ₹78.5 lakh
- E220d priced at ₹81.5 lakh
- E 450 priced at ₹92.5 lakh
Available in five colors: Obsidian Black, High Tech Silver, Graphite Grey, Polar White, and Nautic Blue.

- Redesigned front with a larger grille and tri-pointed star inserts.
- LED headlamps with new signature LED DRLs.
- Extended side profile with 18-inch alloy wheels and flush-fitting door handles. Rear features wraparound LED taillights and a chrome-accented bumper.

- 48-volt mild hybrid technology, no six-cylinder option in this generation.
