HYUNDAI SALES – AUGUST 2022

MAHINDRA SALES – AUGUST 2022

MARUTI SUZUKI SALES– AUGUST 2022

Compared to 20,461 units sold in the same month last year, MSIL sold 22,162 units of the Alto and the S-Presso in the micro class in August 2022. MSIL sold 71,557 vehicles in the compact class (Baleno, Swift, Dzire, Ignis, and WagonR) in August 2022 compared to 45,577 in the same month in 2021.

In August 2022, Maruti Suzuki delivered 1,516 Ciaz vehicles, compared to 2,146 in August 2021. MSIL sold 26,932 vehicles in August 2022 in the utility vehicle segment (Brezza, Ertiga, S-Cross, and the XL6) as opposed to 24,337 units in the same month in the previous year. Compared to 10,666 cars sold in August 2021, MSIL sold 11,999 vans last month.

TATA MOTORS SALES– AUGUST 2022

Compared to 1,022 units sold in the same month last year, Tata Motors sold 3,845 electric vehicles in the passenger vehicle category in August 2022. It recorded a 276% increase in revenues year over year. In August 2022, there were a total of 47,166 domestic passenger vehicle sales, up from 28,018 in the same month in the previous year.

In August 2022, the firm sold 29,313 commercial vehicles on the domestic market, up from 26,172 units in the corresponding month in the previous year. This is a 12% increase in sales year over year. Additionally, the company exported 2,178 CVs last month, which is 40% fewer than in August 2021.\

KIA SALES– AUGUST 2022

In August 2022, Kia India sold 5,558 units of the Carens MPV and 7,838 units of the Sonet in the Indian market. Additionally, the company has sold 274 units of its premium Carnival MPV. Kia sold 1,66,167 vehicles in this country in the first eight months of the year.

TOYOTA SALES– AUGUST 2022

Toyota recorded 19,693 unit sales in July 2022, which was the greatest number ever. Sales for the brand are down 24% month over month, with a volume loss of 4,734 units.
