### BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine: Exterior
The updated 3 Series Gran Limousine features new headlights with slimmer-than-before inverted L-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRLs), the outer sections of which serve as indicators. It also receives wider air intakes, revised bumper, and reshaped kidney grilles.
Similar to the pre-facelift model, the 3 Series Gran Limousine features a wheelbase that is 110mm longer in profile than the regular 3 Series. The facelift's overall length has increased, though, as it now measures 4,823mm, a 4mm increase. The alterations are hardly noticeable at all in the back.
The interior of the 3 Series Gran Limousine has undergone the most significant alterations. The 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the newest iDrive 8 operating system and the 12.3 digital instrument cluster are what you notice first on the BMW Curved Display.
The freshly constructed drive selector lever in the centre console is another noticeable interior alteration.
Additionally, the facelift receives Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, the new BMW steering wheel that can be seen on recent models from the stable. Additionally, it has three-zone climate control that can be controlled by touch or voice.
The 2.0-liter gasoline engine with 258 horsepower and the 2.0-liter diesel engine with 400 Newton metres are both linked to an 8-speed automated transmission in the facelift. The 330Li's petrol engine has a claimed 0-100kph time of 6.2 seconds and a reported fuel efficiency of 15.39 kpl.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class, which costs between Rs 57.20 lakh and Rs 63 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and the Audi A4, which costs between Rs 43.85 lakh and Rs 51.85 lakh, will be competitors of the 3 Series Gran Limousine (ex-showroom, India).
The current-generation sedan of the 3 Series, which represents 14% of BMW's worldwide sales, will be replaced by 2025. After that, the German company will launch a similar-sized electric car as the first vehicle to utilise BMW's Neue Klasse architecture.
