2023 Hyundai Verna teaser was uploaded by Hyundai India. The 2023 Hyundai Verna will be on-sale from March 21, 2023.
Hyundai Motor India has revealed another teaser film for the new-generation Verna, which will be on sale on March 21, 2023. The most recent teaser depicts the sedan's steering wheel and a completely digital instrument cluster.
The steering wheel lane assist button suggests that the teased vehicle is the top-spec SX (O) trim with ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). It also indicates that the redesigned 2023 Hyundai Verna will get alloy wheels, LED DRLs, and LED taillamps, as well as 1.5L Turbo badging at the back.
The new-generation Verna has undergone significant design revisions. The sedan has a newly designed trapezoidal front grille, the hallmark emblem on the hood, and a full length LED DRLs strip extending across the front, as well as the brand's new design language.
The sloping roofline, a sunroof, differently designed C pillars, a sunroof, freshly designed diamond cut alloy wheels, blacked out B pillars, and a wide glass area all contribute to the vehicle's new appearance.
The new 2023 Hyundai Verna is 4535mm long, 1765mm wide, 1475mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2670mm, according to the automaker. That is, it is broader and more roomy than its main competitor, the Honda City. Indeed, the new Verna has larger boot space. Atlas White, Abyss Black, and Tellurian Brown are three new single-tone colour schemes for the sedan model lineup.
The new Hyundai Verna 2023 will be offered with 1.5L normally aspirated petrol and 1.5L turbo petrol engines. The normally aspirated engine produces a maximum output of 113bhp and torque of 114Nm.
It is available with either a 6-speed manual or an iVT transmission. The turbocharged petrol engine produces 160bhp, making it the most powerful sedan in its class. It has a torque rating of 253Nn. The turbo-petrol models will be available with 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT automatic gearboxes. Hyundai updated both engines to run on E20 ethanol-blend gasoline.
